We have had the privilege of using Fargo Transportation Services since 2006 to move our machine tools and various LTL shipments, and I have always been very impressed with their level of service, commitment and professionalism.

The staff at Fargo is very easy to work with. We have worked with different staff members over the years, and each one is very professional. Any time there is a problem they are quick to find a solution and get the problem taken care of.

We are a customer service oriented company Located in Lockport New York USA, so we know a thing or 2 about service. We purchase product from a company in Burlington Canada so we require a trucking firm to cross border for delivery. The product comes on 4 x 8 pallet with a weight between 2,500 to 3,000 lbs.

We do not have a loading dock, so pallet either needs to be on tail of trailer or driver needs to be able to get it there. We have had more than a handful of trucking company’s over the years and no matter how I explain that to them, they just do not get that.

Fargo Transportation listens and gets it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Our warehouse is typically unmanned so delivery needs to be scheduled with Day and approximate time we understand time is a best guess , boarder could take ½ hour could be 4 hours, accidents, weather, but again Fargo gets a 10 out of 10.

They are my 1 and only choice for transportation needs between Canada and US.

Service is easy to promise, hard to deliver. Fargo Delivers.

I have been dealing with Fargo for four years. I receive regular shipments from a supplier in Ontario. Fargo delivers about 80% of them. When Fargo is not the chosen shipper I am always let down. Things happen but when there is an issue Fargo is always there to help and I always feel like they really care about their customers. It's like dealing with a small family business where they take pride in their service.

Fargo Transport has done a good job in communicating with me on delivery and also helping with the unloading process. They have been on time unless the weather did not cooperate. The only suggestion I would make is to have a pallet jack on board for the smaller companies like myself who do not have the resources to provide one when unloading.

I like that Fargo company, really professional to call us and tell us their shipping date (might sound ridiculous, but I haven’t been used to that level of good customer service), it helps me stop wasting time tracking over those shipments.
